Recently, 1st EPAL of Karditsa accepted the implementation of the Erasmus+ Project, KA229 entitled "From school to life - my knowledge helps me in my daily life". On Friday, October 23, the first meeting of the Project team of teachers and students took place so that the work could begin. The students were informed about the subject of the project, about its duration, about the participating countries as well as about the obligations that our school has undertaken for the implementation of the Project. Then they were assigned the first obligations which are: the construction of a logo for the project and the construction of the Project corner. At this meeting, as required by the new conditions prevailing due to the covid-19 pandemic, all the necessary health measures were observed so that we are all healthy and safe. The goal of all of us is to be and stay healthy until we return to normality. In the context of the implementation of the New European Program Erasmus+ that implements the 1st EPAL. of Karditsa, entitled: "From school to life - my knowledge helps me in my daily life" teachers of our school, participated in the 1st online meeting which took place on Thursday, October 8, 2020. The participating countries are: Estonia, Greece, Turkey, Poland and Romania.
Now adapted to the new data due to the coronavirus pandemic and the temporary suspension of travel under the European programs, the first online meeting of the project partners took place so that we can get to know each other, share the work and decide on the course of work which will take place remotely until the live meetings of the program are allowed. Aiming to be all healthy, the initial activities of the project were decided until our next online meeting. The 1st EPAL of Karditsa has undertaken in the past and will continue to do so, even in these difficult times, innovative actions that contribute to improving the quality of education it provides to its students. He has also made efforts to take advantage of opportunities that offer his teachers even more knowledge and experience, which will prove useful for their school work and personal life. From the Management of the 1st EPAL Karditsa SUBJECT: "NEW ERASMUS+ PROJECT FOR 1st EPAL of KARDITSA" entitled: "From school to life - my knowledge helps me in my daily life"Recently, 1st EPAL of Karditsa received approval from the State Scholarship Foundation to participate in a new Erasmus+ project. These are Exchange Partnerships between schools ΚΑ229, School Education Sector, Erasmus+ 2020. 1st EPAL of Karditsa accepted the implementation of the project with code 2020-1-EE01-KA229-077885_5 and title: "From school to life - my knowledge helps me in my daily life".
The main theme of the project is the environment. The main idea of the project is to raise student’s awareness of the need to increase the use of renewable energy sources and cooperation between countries participating in the exchange of good practices in the field of renewable energy sources and sustainable production and consumption. The participating countries are: Estonia, Greece, Turkey, Poland and Romania. 1st EPAL of Karditsa has undertaken in the past and will continue to do so, innovative actions that contribute to improving the quality of education it provides to its students. He has also made efforts to take advantage of opportunities that offer his teachers even more knowledge and experience, which will prove useful for their school work and personal life.
